By accessing or using this website or any evaluation binaries provided by Altide Technologies, Inc. ("Altide"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Evaluation & Benchmark Licenses
Evaluation downloads and pilot container images are provided solely for non-production benchmarking and architectural assessment. Production deployments are governed by a separate Master Software License Agreement (MSLA).
3. Proprietary Rights
The software, trademarks, algorithms, diagrams, and visual identity displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Altide Technologies, Inc. and are protected by international copyright and patent laws.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Altide Technologies, Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use materials on this website.
